Mobile Massage
Currently, all sessions are offered as mobile massage in Portland. I bring the table, linens, and everything needed to create a calm and professional space right in your home.
(In the future, services will also be available in a dedicated studio space as Community Wellness PDX grows.)
Outcome-Based Sessions
In any given session, I draw from a range of modalities and techniques, seamlessly blending them together to work with you to create the best possible results—whether that’s easing chronic pain, improving mobility, or simply giving you space to relax and recharge.

Ongoing Care and Self-Care Support
At the end of a session, I’ll provide self-care recommendations to support and maintain your progress between sessions. My recommendations are tailored to your needs, easy to incorporate into your routine, and adjusted as your body changes.
On-Site Chair Massage
On-site chair massage is available for workplaces, events, and community settings. Sessions are fully clothed and require minimal setup. Chair massage offers focused bodywork in a short format, making it easy to integrate into a workday or event.

The foundation of most therapeutic bodywork, Swedish massage uses flowing, rhythmic strokes to relax muscles, improve circulation, and calm the nervous system. It’s gentle yet effective, helping reduce everyday stress and leaving you with a sense of overall balance and ease.
Best for: relaxation, stress relief, circulation.
-
Deep Tissue focuses on the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, using slower, more intentional pressure. It helps release chronic tension, break down adhesions, and restore natural movement patterns. While it can feel intense at times, the results are long-lasting relief and improved mobility.
Best for: chronic tension, postural issues, athletes, those seeking focused work.
-
Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds and supports every muscle, joint, and organ. When it becomes restricted, it can limit movement and cause discomfort. Myofascial Release uses gentle, sustained pressure to stretch and free these restrictions, improving flexibility, posture, and overall ease of movement.
Best for: stiffness, restricted range of motion, chronic pain conditions.
-
Trigger points are small, hyper-irritable spots in the muscle that can cause referred pain elsewhere in the body. By applying focused pressure and holding until the tissue releases, Trigger Point Therapy helps reduce pain patterns and restore normal muscle function.
Best for: headaches, neck and shoulder tension, localized pain.
-
Thai massage combines assisted stretching, joint mobilization, and acupressure. Performed on a mat or adapted to the table, it helps lengthen tight muscles, improve flexibility, and create a sense of flow throughout the body.
Best for: increasing flexibility, energy balance, full-body mobility.

Enhancements & Add-Ons
These optional therapies can be added to your massage for additional benefit:
Aromatherapy - Essential oils are incorporated into your session to deepen relaxation, uplift your mood, or ease breathing. Aromatherapy engages the nervous system through scent, adding an extra layer of calm and restoration.
Cupping Therapy - Silicone or glass cups create gentle suction on the skin, releasing fascia and improving blood flow. Cupping is especially effective for stubborn knots, muscle recovery, and increasing range of motion.
Hand & Foot Treatments - Targeted massage, exfoliation, or moisturizing wraps for hands and feet. These treatments soothe overworked areas, relieve soreness, and leave you feeling refreshed from the ground up.
CBD Pain Relief Ointment - CBD-infused ointment is applied to sore or tense areas to enhance massage results. It helps calm nerves, ease muscle and joint pain, reduce inflammation, and support recovery — making it an excellent choice for chronic pain or post-workout relief.
Disclaimer: This ointment contains no THC and will not produce psychoactive effects.
Hot Stone Massage - Smooth, heated stones are placed and glided over muscles to ease tension. The warmth increases circulation, softens tight tissue, and helps your body drop more deeply into relaxation. (Coming soon)
